The Client:
Golden Isles Treatment came to us as they were opening three businesses in Brunswick, Georgia. Because they had outpatient services (without housing directly at the facility level) we wanted to put them in the best position for local search. 

The Strategy:
We created all of their marketing and branding assets, including their company logo, business cards and brochures (both digital and printed) as well as a WordPress website that was easy to navigate and spoke directly to the questions we knew every parent, spouse, family member and potential client would have.

We started the project with a keyword blueprint for local search. This is where our exceptional research and keyword tools come into play. Even with steep competition, we were able to find several winning keyword phrases, with relatively low competition and high monthly search. Our tools provide inside information and give us the exact websites we are competing against, plus the keyword phrases they used to rank with Google. We also research our competitors overall authority to determine whether we can overtake their current ranking. 

As we build the website, we include our top chosen keyword phrases throughout the headlines, subheaders, content, image alt tags and meta descriptions.  

We designed the website to provide decision making content and two simple calls to action; a call now sticky banner that appears across the bottom of each web page on mobile and desktop, and a “Check My Insurance” form which we connected to Zapier so a text would be sent to several key staff members as soon as the form was filled out. This allowed staff to get back to a potential client within five minutes, during a critical window of opportunity.  

 

We Even Built a virtual call center

An additional arm of this project included the complete setup of a virtual call center through Call Tracking Metrics. This system can send hotline calls to several cell phones or land lines at once, so a potential client call is never missed and a vulnerable person is never sent to voicemail. 

Incoming calls are clearly labeled on cell phone screens or a “whisper intro” can be set up to identify a facility call. Call Tracking Metrics records each phone call, which is an excellent feature that can also be used as a training tool. 

As you may be aware, treatment facilities can not use paid search like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads or Google Ads unless they are Joint Commission Accredited and have passed Legit Scripts certification. As a new facility, they relied on organic traffic until their certifications were in place. (Vive Media Group is Legit Scripts savvy and we helped our client pass without issue.)

The “Check My Insurance” form worked better than anticipated and because the website was strategically optimized for search, it started generating leads within 30 days after indexing.
